Our stay at Beaver Creek Beauty was exceptional and made for a truly memorable fall getaway. The condo offered a peaceful and quiet setting with beautiful views of the autumn leaves right from the living room. Everything was spotless and thoughtfully decorated, creating a cozy yet upscale mountain atmosphere. Both bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, ensuring restful nights for everyone. The layout was also very family-friendly, providing plenty of space to relax and unwind. The location is unbeatable. It’s just a short, easy walk to Creekside Park, which has a fantastic playground our kids absolutely loved, and only about a five minute walk to Beaver Creek Village with its great shops and restaurants. We also enjoyed the nearby hiking trails, as well as the dining and activities just a quick drive away in Avon and Vail. If you’re looking for the perfect place to stay in Beaver Creek, this property is hard to beat. P.S. Although we visited in the fall, the close proximity to the village and ski lifts makes this an ideal choice for ski season as well.

Have stayed at Townsend Place several times. This unit a bit better than others. Close beautiful creek-side walk to village and all resort amenities. Our goal was to hike, enjoy the Fall beauty, eat, and relax. All goals were met! The unit is as many reviews report and looks like pictures. It was very clean (though took a bit to get past faded stains on chair cushions), quite comfortable, and well equipped for cooking/dining, online working, and TV service. Bed very comfortable! Unit has good feel and space, never felt cramped. Space for hanging clothes is really limited. Be sure to keep unit entry code handy. Never used hot tub. Car stayed in garage entire time.

Great views out the windows. The aspens were starting to turn and were beautiful. Great location. Easy walk to the village and Saddle Creek. Nice to have two parking spaces. Kitchen was good, everything worked fine. Bathrooms were clean and in good working condition. Nice having a keyless entry so everyone can come and go as they please. Several beds (2 king and 1 queen) need new mattresses. If mattresses are updated, this townhouse would be a 10.
